No crossing for pedestrians

Reported in the General Highways Enquiry category by mel osborne at 14:30, Wed 26 July 2017

Sent to Bristol City Council 50 minutes later

Junction of Winterstoke Road/Ashton Vale Road, literally no traffic light or working pedestrian crossings! I was trying to get my kids across last night, you are completely reliant on a motorist stopping to block other cars! There is a sign directing 'pedestrians this way' but that way has no crossing either, just into the Metrobus works area. Pedestrian crossings not marked 'crossing out of use' either. For a while I thought that the green man / red man were being obscured by the bright sunlight.
