This was first reported on 15/5/17. I received an email on 23/5/17 stating an enforcement letter had been sent to the residents of 12 Meere Bank. Nothing has happened since, the problem is getting worse by the week. The refuse men refuse to remove rubbish from pavement (yes, I have heard them say they have been told not to touch it)!!! This case was closed at the end of June, Why when nothing has happened?? We have also just picked up a very large dead RAT from our garden which I am sure has come because of the rubbish!
