Overgrown hegde and brambles

Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 15:26, Mon 14 August 2017

Sent to Bristol City Council 15 minutes later

The Hedge outside of flats 21 and 23 Upjohn Crescent are going unmaintained and are forcing people to walk into the road or get scratched by the overgrown bush and Briars, also more Briars within the front garden have been left to grow out of control, and are now also growing into next doors garden. This has been a regular yearly issue with the tenants, and they have subsequently been approached about this time and time again, and now, sadly it appears that this needs to be readdressed with the tenants of this address to either try and re-gain control of their garden, or, if they're experiencing problems, to seek help with this issue, now, this is something that maybe the local councillor in charge of this area, can proceed to assist them in this matter, and possibly make suggestions and to even help them find charitable organizations who help tenants in they're situation.
