50 feet of dense hedge by ranging between 5 and 16 meters high encroaching my garden by at least 8 feet overhang

Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 05:58, Sat 2 September 2017

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later

The problem is that I have cut the branches my side but the Neibour constantly refuses to look after them and there is no duty of care on their side now they are saying that they are not happy to receive the overhang back even though we are not charging to cut them They are now at a hieght that is dangerous and have informed them that if in winds wether summer or winter they do break they will be liable for damage costs plus if they break and land on someone it will kill that person that is now translated as manslaughter due to the notice given to them and now yourselves This is an urgent case that needs looking into as this is now going to be a life or death situation if not dealt with This is also blocking all the light on our garden and rear of house as you will see in pictures which has already caused major damp in our garage and don't want that spreading in the rear of the home I await your help and hopefully a site meeting date to clarify the the urgency of this problem
