Flooded and overgrown underpass

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1107848.

Two problems The underpass under the M5 is blocked and flooded, so nearly impassable now. It has also been overgrown for months with brambles and is getting worse and worse. it needs cutting back all the way down from the bridge to the entrances
