Road lower than drain since resurfacing. The water is pooling along the roadside.

Water is pooling along the edge of the road outside 19, 21 and 23 Branscombe Road. The road was resurfaced a couple of days ago and the one side of the road appears higher than the other so all water is accumulating on the one side. In addition the drain appears higher than the road so the water is unable to drain away.
