Wessex water tried to gain access to 34 Wallingford road's drain cover but the tenant refused to answer the door. They have parked their car (untaxed and uninsured) on top of the drain. This is now a major problem and starting to back up all of the sewerage in the street. Can someone at the council contact the land lord and get this sorted ASAP please.
