  • The problem has not been resolved. The foul waste is flowing from the property over the pavement and into the road which then runs after approx. 8m into the road gully. Fecal waste is a public health hazard on the pavement and can be carried away on the footwear of passer by. The landlord of the property has responsibility to resolve the matter but may not been made awear, can BBC make contact ?
