Several large potholes across the junction

There are several large potholes across the junction, outside of the Metro Bus construction site entrance. The road is always too busy with cars to get a photo. These potholes have damaged my car - my tyre went flat and went off the rims and I've had to pay over £80 to repair it. The holes are between and in front of the traffic lights as you head towards the underpass. They have been here for weeks. I would like compensation for my damaged tyre - I have the VAT receipt from the garage.
