The lane parallel to Kennard Rise to and from the former Kingsway Youth Centre which is now a childrens nursery is in a bad state. The lane itself is overgrown with large bushes and small trees, building rubbish, abandoned bikes and tyres plastic debris. The lane from Kennard Rise that runs between house numbers 16 and 18 Kennard Rise is a large puddle about 10 metres long by the 5 metre width of the lane. I have found a drain in the middle but cannot clear it. The lane surface is crumbled gravel, mud and stones.
