Hi
The issue of the blocked gully on Bishop Street has previously been reported in December 2017 by my colleague. However, BCC apparently responded that the gully is not their responsibility.
Please could you explain how BCC could not be responsible for this gully when, according to advice from a BCC officer, Pinpoint demonstrates that this section of Bishop Street is public highway, which even incorporates a BCC lighting column.
I thought that all gullies within the highway are maintained by BCC?
Many thanks
