The Pavement and road has a step adverse camber, which is causing cars to be damaged when transitioning from the road over the dropped pavement and vice versa.

The angle between the pavement and road is seems to have gotten worse. This caused cars to scrape (and now cause damage) to the underside of the vehicles against the road!!
I had reported this issue last year but heard nothing. This problem has been getting worse over time. The pictures do not fully show the depth / gradient. However when compared to the rest of the road you can quite clearly see how adverse it is in this particular area.
