Illegally parked vehicles

Every day of the week, vehicles illegally park on the pavement/double yellow lines in Chirch Road, Bishopsworth. Saturday is the worst day as many of those illegally parked go into the local betting shop. The difficulty is that pedestrians have to walk into the main busy road which is also a bus route risking being knocked down. Something needs to be done soon as this is totally unacceptable and is getting out of hand.
