Cracked road in gutter area with part of it now resulted in a medium sized pothole & loose chippings

This part of the road is right outside my window as I live in a kerbside house called Withywood House. The loose chipping are flying up at my house & window & the puddle that gathers when it rains has stained the outside of my house when it is splashed up by vehicles driving through. Your records will show that this has been "fixed" numerous times so there is clearly a problem!! Heavy vehicles are damaging the road & probably my house as well & it's got worse since the new link road has been built because of the turning off limitations on it. It needs properly fixing & also it needs to be looked at from a point of not allowing such a heavy flow of traffic in the first place. This current new pothole has been worsening for several months
