Overgrown bushes and weeds

Overgrown plants and bushes/grass are causing a hazard to drivers parking their cars. The main overgrown tree that bends over is damaging the cars nearby and it’s a difficult to see when reversing and moving around the cul-de-sac. The problem was reported a few months back and although I had a message saying it was being dealt with and removed, the overgrown bushes are still there and causing a risk, as well as looking very unkempt.
