Lots of rubbish. it it footpath and green area between miltons cl and the Groves. Lots of small rubbish, dogs poo. Last cleaned in 11.2017.

    It is very upsetting/frustrating/depressing to see state of it. It seems like nobody is willing to clean it. Maybe litter box could solve the problem. Picture of children playing with rubbish is surreal for me in UK.
