Cars For sale Parked on footway

Vale Cars are parking their cars for sale on the footpath on Ashton Vale Road. This is causing pedestrian to walk out into the road to pass as pavement is obstructed. They also work on cars on the pavement when people are walking past. Caller is very concerned this is dangerous for pedestrians walking past. Request inspection
