There is branches overgrown obstructing entrance to my drive

There are some very over grown tress and branches onthe fence along pendock allotments but the street side and my house is 59a and it's making it difficult getting into my drive way without constantly scratching my car and hard to get out with all the sharp branches I have new baby twins and it is now getting wxtramly difficult to park correct without hitting the branches please can someone come take time right back I would be so grateful
