The barrier was damaged when a car hit it. It marks the side exit from the community centre/play scheme at the start of Gloucester Street near Fishponds Road. It leans into the walkway obstructing pedestrians - particularly those with wheelchairs, mobility carts and pushchairs. The edge that is sticking out is sharp. Pedestrians have very little choice but to walk in the road, which is especially dangerous near the turning from Fishponds Road. It had been like this for several months.
