Road sunk 2 meters by 1 meter

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1244284.
Road has sunk opposite bus stop outside 150. About 2 meters by 1 as it is main bus route it is dangerous as you can hear bus bottom out.
There are two potholes on the surface where vehicles keep bottoming out but made issue is the road itself has sunk.

New Fosseway Road, Hengrove, adjacent to lamp post No 19.
A string of potholes about 50 mm deep, over a distance of 1.5 to 2 meters long varying in width from about 30 cm to 2 cm.
Hazardous for all vehicles, particularly two wheeled, & pedestrians crossing to and from the bus stop.

This issue was raised mid-March and again in mid-April, to date nothing has been done, other than defective area being marked out months ago.
It can be seen by the added photo that this could be hazardous to two wheeled vehicles and pedestrians crossing to and from bus stop opposite.
