Complaint mud on road

Complaint that contractors working at 16 Hottam Gardens are trailing mud over footpath and road outside the site. Mud on road is dangerous to other traffic. Can they be asked to clean mud off road. thanks

  • Why has the contractor blocked the footpath and put it out of safe use , without council permission and highways permission and rellevent signage to close footpath surely this is a breach of h/s potholes /sinking driveways /damaged paths all caused by developer
