Water draining from Dundry/Hill Farm, flooding through our garden and down Close

As described and explained before, water ruining our garden , down Hennessy Close and flooding due to blocked drains which have been neglected by the Council despite frequent flooding from the Farm. We at 8 Hennessy Close are not in very good health, a neighbour also in her 70's has been out clearing the drains as far as she can. It just is not good enough - why do we pay our rates??. I have had many communications with you and get nowhere! Please can we have some help with the problem
