Illegally parked vevicles

Vehicles stlll parking illegally each and every day. Dropped pavement outside Coral betting shop is again cracked and uneven and there is now a very deep pothole in kerb. This is a trip hazard. Please can this be repaired and somerhing be done about these vehicles?
