Green telephone exchange box buzzing very loudly vibrating the metal case. Sounds like a generator 24/7

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Loud buzzing/vibration coming from the left hand of two telephone exchange boxes. Not sure who is responsible as lots of telecommunications companies visit it all the time.
