These large planters are a hazard to all and look very “home made” - is the council aware?? They also have not lights or reflective strips on them and are therefore extremely dangerous at night. I am aware this road is used as a cut through by traffic but residents cannot take it upon themselves without the proper authority to do this. This is an offence under the road traffic act.
