Loose and damaged utility cover.

On the pavement corner of Beaconsfield Close and Canterbury Street, as the attached photo shows, this utility cover is both rocking and the concrete surrounding damaged. Some nearby residents took to covering the utility cover with traffic cones to highlight this issue (also seen in the photo).

Update: The cover has not been made safe/fixed yet, as the attached photo shows, the only progress made so far are three white arrows have been painted.

The cover is now completely loose and no longer secure. Can easily be lifted up. Indeed a health and safety hazard for those in wheelchairs or with pushchairs. Please attend to it as soon as possible to secure.
