Gully outside No.8 Ferndown Close. Damage to road to right of gully causes large very-slow-draining puddle to form whenever it rains. Eventually it will drain, leaving behind mud and debris.

    You changed to fixed and closed on Sep 27. Photo shows first rain since then, today Sat 6th Oct. Problem remains, and is not fixed. It appears the gully is too high to drain the rainwater. Perhaps needs to be lowered, or moved nearer to driveway? I'm happy to discuss this with you if you visit.
