Shrubs/bushes are overgrown obstructing the pavement making it dangerous if walking with pushchair & childrenss you need to walk closer to the edge of pavement

This was reported back in May and the situation has not improved in fact it is worse. The bushes are now even bigger and a Pyracantha bush containing thorns is now growing over the pavement too. Because of how overgrown the bush is, it is now proving to be a spot for dogs to foul. This has taken far too long to get sorted, please can this be looked at as walking with children and a pushchair is getting to be extremely difficult without stepping into the road. When cars are parked it makes the pavement even more difficult to squeeze through. Please can this be sorted this time
