Damage to previous work at 17 Jocelyn Road

Reported in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 16:26, Sun 3 June 2018

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

In March 2008 I paid to have the path outside of the above address to be lowered, this was done and was satisfactory for 10 years, no need for it to have been redone, yet the City Council decided to tarmac the pavement, which in the short time this has been done is now cracking.

As I had paid £528.75 for satisfactory work by ETM, I would appreciate the city council, to rectify the bad tarmacking that was done by yourselves.

I have tried to get thru to your department on several occasions to speak to someone about this, even trying the emergency number and waiting 10 minutes each time, yet getting no response.

Can you please send someone out to see what can be done?
