Incorrect misleading library sign
Reported in the Road Signage category anonymously at 20:11, Sun 10 June 2018
Sent to Bristol City Council 8 hours, 19 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1335807.
For anyone approaching Gloucester Road from Zetland Road, there is a road sign in front of Maplins directing them right to get to the library. This is probably an old sign from when there was a library on Cheltenham Road at the next bus stop. However, this has been closed for a long time, and the new Bishopston library is actually in the opposite direction. So if you're new to town and are looking for the library, the sign will actually tell you to go the wrong way - right, when you should be turning left.
