Large amounts of litter on side of Novers hill

Large amounts of litter in the verges of the road. It’s the worst I’ve seen it in s long time! It need the road sweeping vehicle and hand litter picking. I’d nornally do myself but it’s a busy narrow road where cars regularly speed.
