Rubbles and barriers creating a big parking and pavement obstruction

This problem has been here for at least a month or two and become more and more annoying. We Are The Curious, Watershed and The Stables are complaining about the situation because of a significative parking obstruction and also, health and safety reasons (pavement).

  • The rain water flooded in front of pero bridge locate on Harbour side further to millennium square. Upon calling Bristol Council on 30th July 2018, lady mention that's a private land and have to speak with @ Bristol. I have spoken with @ Bristol and they same the same thing as that part is beyond their area and won't cover by them too and mention that cover by Harbour side. I have spoken with them today and got written email that not cover by them too. Can someone assist to resolve this issue at your earliest please.
