Brambles growing over pavement and low tree branches.

Pavement has brambles growing into it. There are lots of parked cars for the station and it’s really difficult to walk on the pavement , which you need to do as it’s a busy road off the Portway . My parents live at Hadrian Close and I was taking my father for a walk to post a letter at the box at the bottom of Sea Mills Lane. He has advance dementia and does not walk well . He needs to hold hands and be helped . It’s was impossible to walk safely down the pavement holding on to him and when I had to let him go he became very distressed. Taking him for a short walk became really stressful. The brambles are growing across the pavement and there is a tree with low branches that I had to try and get my Dad to bend down to avoid.
