Overflowing wheelie bins

Reported via iOS in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 09:45, Tue 17 July 2018

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

All of the wheelie bins belonging to 181-183 two mile hill have been left uncollected since the 9th July. They were full when they were put out and now they are overflowing and are creating a stench, an increased risk of vermin and a blockage on the footpath.
