Caller has to drive mobility scooter into road to get past the shrubs/brambles. Caller says she witnessed a woman with a buggy having to do the same otherwise the child would be scratched. Caller believes protruding branches etc. would injure sight impaired pedestrians. Overgrowth right over the pavement.
