Cherry tree in front garden is growing over footpath

A cherry in the front garden of no. 86 Charlton Mead Drive was severely pruned in the winter. It has since re-grown mainly with a mass of small branches hanging down from the branch overhanging the pavement causing pedestrians to duck or walk in the road.
