Markings faded & why do updates not get sent to council

I just noticed this text in the website sidebar:

THEREFORE PLEASE SEE THE SEVERAL UPDATES BY MYSELF ON THE REPORT "ROAD MARKINGS COMPLETELY FADED...ETC...ETC...BRUNEL WAY"

It is imperative that the junction mentioned is fixed due to the amount of accidents here. Also why do updates not get reported? That is utterly ridiculous.
