Surface between 72 Grove Road and All Saints Church in dangerous condition

This payment has not been resurfaced for over 30 years and due to contractors digging it up on a regular basis and the installation of water meters there is no flat surface which makes it very dangerous for disabled residents who use wheelchairs and scooters and mother's pushing prams. I nearly had a serious accident when my scooter tipped over yesterday.
