Reported in the Obstruction category by Merche Clark at 13:50, Mon 6 August 2018
Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1381502.
One of the large laurel hedges on this section of Clifton Down has been cut back, but the one on the corner of Clifton Down and Cecil Road continues to invade the pavement and make it difficult for families with pushchairs to pass.
