  • This is indeed a pretty bad problem. The surface is in very bad state. The lines are not visible. There should also be yellow lines in the turn. Indeed the whole road up to Cameron Walk is in bad shape or really old surface but the last 50 meters before Muller Road is in especially bad state of repair.

  • The bottom of Shaldon Road is shocking, and with the huge amount of traffic now using it as a cut through, it's in desperate need of repair. There are huge pot holes and uneaven ground, in some places in my van I have to cut across the 2nd lane to bypass them, meaning it is encouraging dangerous driving and causing traffic problems.

  • I agree that this is a real problem. As s cyclist I've nearly been thrown off my bike by how bad the road state is. This is especially dangerous on dark winter mornings/evenings when you don't see the obstacles until the last minute when your bike light illuminates them
