This obstruction, reported about 18 months ago, is worse than ever, and still awaiting action. It is particularly bad when the greenery is wet, and it blocks about 80% of the pavement width on that corner. As the pavement slopes towards the road at that point, for a dropped kerb it is especially difficult and DANGEROUS for people who come up the Wells Road and turn right into Crowndale Road. There are large numbers of Hillcrest Primary School children & their parents using that corner.
