Overhanging rose shrubs fronting 61a Kingsdown Parade, Bristol Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 14:47, Monday 23 July 2018 Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later Throughout the summer much of this pavement has been unusable except by small children and 'genuflectors' . The obstruction being roses, it is especially hazardous to the blind or visually impaired. As your records will show, this neglect is that a repeat offender -- which may indicate a measure of wilfulness.
