Traffic lights stuck on red

Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1408373.

Lights stuck on red at this junction. I witnessed 3 cars having to cross after waiting for the 3 other junctions to stop. The lights didn't change at all.
