Missing bin at Lodge Causeway bus stop- Outside Morrisons

The bin adjacent to the above bus stop has gone missing and the area where the bin previously was is exposed and could be considered a trip hazard. Please see the attached photo which highlights this. Please could you arrange for this to be filled in or a new bin installed.
