Neighbours don’t cut there hedges all year, so they have overgrown the fence and are now obstructing the public pavement.,on the corner of willinton rd going into Allard rd in knowle .The hedges also consist of stinging nettles and are so big people are now starting to dump there rubbish in the brushes.
