Drain cover damage

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1413972.

The drain cover is damaged and sticking out of the drain this is causing damage to car that are unaware of this as its a sunken drain you dont notice until youve hit it or on top of it. This has been like this for 2 weeks now
