The answer you gave me was totally unacceptable and I will not let it rest. I cannot get a meaning of a DESTINATION path! This area is very dangerous and Sustrans are not happy with it Also it is impossible for wheelchair use I would like someone from the council to ring me or meet me in that area Yours Mary Moloney

Still open, via questionnaire -
The drive way is owned by the property owner not the council - as for the path way between the owners drive and the tree this was never a council pathway. this is or was a grass/ shrub area the path way has been caused by human traffic ( destination path) .
For you Mary a visual - please see picture attached The RED paths are council pathways the Blue line is the property owners and the pink line is not an OFFICIAL pathway this is caused my human traffic walking through shrubs ( destination path). The council can stop people walking through the shurbed area if the property owners complain about foot traffic using his driveway to reach that area

If the previous comment doesn't not help Mary. which on reading myself it is explained very clearly that your concern is not a council issue. Due to the location of your concern being on non council land also of a grassed/shrubbed area which was never meant to be a public foot path.
Please say and i will be more than happy to contact you.
Many thanks. Neighborhood watch team member
