Persistent parking across pavement outside empty shop on Bell Barn Road - Shirehampton Road corner.

Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 10:58, Fri 5 October 2018

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later

Persistent parking across pavement outside empty shop on Bell Barn Road - Shirehampton Road corner. Often completely obstructs the pavement, and includes parking on the paved area. Has become worse since the shop became empty. Suggest shop owners should be invited to change their signs to no parking on the last two spaces, which are not long enough to hold a car without intrusion onto the pavement. Apart from obstruction the current signage presumably places the council's property rights in the pavement at risk from adverse possession.
