Drain cover outside 65 is raised and several people/childen have tripped over it

This drain has been here for years and now we have had a school built down the road we get a lot of parents with buggys and children going up the road. I have seen several children trip and fall over it as it is raised up and uneven. It needs to be lowered six inches and made level.
