Pavement driveway is very uneven which could cause injury. There are lots of elderly peole who live nearby

The pavement is very uneven with lots of small potholes. There are no proper curbstones either to mark the driveway edge. This is clearly due to the council digging up the pavement but haven’t tarmaced it properly. There are lots of elderly people who live nearby who walk this pavement. It could cause serious injury.
